Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a lovely, nice-sized room with a comfy bed and great view. However, it was very hot and humid with no temperature control and only a small window at the back without much of a view. There were also some stains on the wallpaper.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a touch of grandeur. The breakfast was a perfect start to the day. The service was impeccable with staff dressed professionally and always courteous. The location was convenient, offering easy access to local attractions. However, the dining experience had some issues with the quality of food preparation.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and pleasant, with a massive bed and a good-sized bathroom. The staff was nice and welcoming, although the room was very noisy with creaking ceilings from the room above.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room I stayed in was huge, spotless, and exactly as I had requested - quiet on the 4th floor facing south. It was perfect for the birthday event I was celebrating. However, I did find the room to be a bit too hot, almost like a sauna, even with the radiator off.
I didn't expect much after a terrible experience at the previous hotel, but this one surprised me with its great value for the discounted room rate. The staff from the restaurant to the lounge bar were amazing, although the location at the back of the hotel was a bit dull with low-energy lighting.
I was really pleased with my stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic, ideal for exploring Plymouth, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, although there were a few signs of wear and tear that could do with attention. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with limited fresh options, but the budget-style meals were acceptable. The hotel facilities were sufficient, and the price was just right for the value received.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very large and beautifully decorated, with a bath and a separate shower cubicle, but they really do need a good makeover given the price. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant overall.
